People Unlimited members enjoyed the benefit of complementary bioelectrical impedance testing offered by Jeff Edwards of Cerulean Advanced Fitness and Wellness, located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Members underwent the Cellular 360 test, which measures essential and predictive biomarkers, as part of understanding cellular health and physiological fitness and setting goals for the future.
Testing included body composition testing, the ratio of body fat, lean muscle and total body water; as well as hydration testing which assessed intracellular versus extracellular water and gave a nutrition index and inflammatory assessment. The integrity of the cell membranes was measured through a non-invasive phase angle test and a predictive marker diagnostic tool was used to predict the risk of chronic or degenerative conditions.
